Exchange Policy

Pajamas and Robes: We want you to love your pajamas and robes!

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange these items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached.

Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges after this period.

You will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item for exchange.

Final Sale Items

Lingerie Sets: Due to health and safety codes, lingerie sets are final sale. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie once the purchase is made. Please make sure to select the correct size and style before completing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
